During hormonal stimulation, there is no need for you to change your usual routine. Do whatever you feel you can. The responsee to stimulation are highly individual. It your belly feels tender or hurts towards the end of the process, it is better to rest.
We also advise you to rest on the day of egg retrieval. Phase out exercise completely after embryotransfer at least until you get a pregnancy test. Jumping, running or heavy manual labour are certainly not advised. However, you don't need a sick leave.
