New provisions issued by the Ministry of Health are in force, regulating the entry of persons to the territory of the Czech Republic:
Urgent medical reasons for less than 12 hours
The urgency of the reason for entry must be demonstrated. Our clinic will issue the necessary certificate for you.
Before the arrival it will not be necessary to fill in the "Public Health Passenger Locator Form" or to undergo an RT-PCR test after entering the country.
ATTENTION: the period of stay in the Czech Republic must not exceed 12 hours
Conditions for entry from a country with a high risk of transmission of COVID-19, where you have stayed for more than 12 hours in the last 14 days
If the country from which you plan to arrive is colored red on the map, the following entry conditions apply.

- Before your arrival in the Czech Republic you are required to fill out the online Public Health Passenger Locator Form www.prijezdovyformular.cz and this way report your arrival from a high-risk country to the regional hygiene office according to the place of stay
- Confirmation of completion of the Public Health Passenger Locator Form (notification) must be submitted during border control or the controls during the stay in the territory
- You will have to undergo an RT-PCR test for the presence of SARS-COV-2 at your own expense
- You will have to submit the test result without delay to your regional hygiene office
ATTENTION: If you do not submit a RT-PCR test result to the respective regional hygiene office within 7 days of entering the territory of the Czech Republic, a necessary quarantine measures shall be ordered. Instead of the RT-PCR test performed in the Czech Republic, it will also be possible to submit a RT-PCR test result issued by other EU member country. The test results must not be older than 48 hours. In case of entry from countries outside the EU, the RT-PCR test must be performed in the Czech Republic.
