She is one of the founders of the clinical embryology field in the Czech Republic. She gained her theoretical and practical experience in reproductive biology and embryology during scientific work at the Institute of Animal Physiology and Genetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, as well as during scientific stays in Japan, France, Israel. She has been working in human embryology since 1995, when she worked as the head of the embryological laboratory at the First Faculty of Medicine in Prague, then for eight years as the head embryologist of the IVF center in Ulm, Germany, now already for the eighth year she has lead the IVF Laboratory at Pronatal Sanatorium.
MVDr. Ladislava Jelínková, CSc. is the holder of the highest qualifications as an embryologist:
- Diploma in the specialization "Clinical Embryologist" of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic
- "Senior Embryologist" from the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE)
- "Reproductions Biologist" from the German Society for Embryology (AGBRM)
She is a member of the Section of Assisted Reproduction of the Czech Gynecology and Obstetrical Society, as well as a member of the Certification Commission for Clinical Embryology of the Ministry of Health.
She has lectured and published in professional journals and specialized conferences, including ESHRE annual conferences, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and has twice won first place in the nationwide competition for the best lecture in the SAR conference of ČGPS.
