Donorship of reproductive cells, eggs and sperms, is completely anonymous and free of charge in the Czech Republic. However, donors might be compensated for the expenses connected to donating, which were spent functionally, economically and verifiably.

Donorship is one of the ways for infertile pairs to have their own child.
